Every building at Hali’i Kai carries the same eight positions, and the ones a flight up are where the corners live. The A and D plans pull in light from more than one direction and share only one wall with a neighbor, and the F and G plans, the largest in the community, spread three bedrooms and three baths across two levels of their own. Regulars ask for these by letter, and the reason is the lanai: higher, quieter, and looking further.
Four of our suites sit upstairs. The Hale Maluhia Suite in building 8 is a recently renovated corner with ocean, fairway, and sunset views, and the Kai Ho’olili Suite in building 11 is our largest floor plan, beside the Ocean Club. Across the community in building 19, the Plumeria Suite and the Bird of Paradise Suite face Mauna Kea and catch the sunrise. Two of these also book in smaller configurations, which the group size filter surfaces on its own.
Upper villas are reached by exterior stairs with no elevator available. For anyone who would rather not climb, our ground floor suites are the better answer, and our concierge team is glad to help you weigh the two.
