How far ahead should we book?
Book about 1 to 2 weeks ahead, as the popular times sell out fast, especially in summer and over holidays. Tell us your dates early and we can help you book the right program before it fills.
How long does an encounter last?
Most encounters are fairly short by design, typically around 30 minutes to an hour in and around the water. Plan for extra time to check in, change, and take photos.
Can family members who aren't in the water watch?
Yes, non-participating family can watch and take photos from the shore at no charge. It is a lovely way for grandparents to be part of the moment.
What should we bring or wear?
Wear a swimsuit under your clothes and bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and a change of clothes. The lagoon is just a few minutes up the road, so you can head back to your suite easily afterward.
